This study aims to present the basic data for establishment of a renewal plan such as repair and replacement of old facilities by judging the degree of obsolescence precisely and objectively.
The demand and cases of remodeling are increasing significantly as the lifespan of facilities has elapsed, such as equipment performance degradation in urban buildings that have grown rapidly after industrialization, and leakage accidents due to aging facilities.
We will introduce various diagnostic methods for each facility in order to improve efficiency and maintain safe facilities by using old facilities, determining the degree of deterioration of the facilities, and determining the scope of remodeling.
It is hoped that the remodeling will breathe life into the building, reducing operating costs and improving the value of the building by realizing a safe and comfortable indoor environment.
