This study aims to examine factors affecting the willingness to move to public housing among single-person households who are currently living in non-housing dwelling units and differences between the young adult, middle-aged, and older groups. For empirical analysis, this study analyzed ‘2017 Housing Survey’ data by using logistic regression analyses. The results show that information and counselling experience on housing supports is associated with the willingness to move to public housing for the young adults group. Displacement experience affects the willingness to move to public housing for the middle-aged group. Finally, living in the capital region is related to the willingness to move to public housing for the older group.
