This study attempted to present the effect of ESG management strategy as a strategic alternative to strengthen the soft power of companies and increase corporate value in a stakeholder capitalist society. After dividing the company"s environmental (E) activities into five strategies, the effects of these strategies on corporate soft power were examined. As a result, it was found that managers" willingness to practice environmental management and establish strategies had a positive effect on corporate image, corporate evaluation, and corporate reputation. Environmental risk management and reporting were found to have a positive effect on corporate image and corporate reputation. As a result of analyzing the effect of society (S) on corporate soft power by dividing it into five strategies, employment equality and expansion strategies had a positive effect on corporate image and corporate reputation, and consumer rights protection had a positive effect on corporate evaluation and corporate reputation. In addition, responsible activities related to the local community were found to have a positive effect on corporate image and corporate evaluation, and win-win cooperation with stakeholders was found to have a positive effect on corporate evaluation. As a result of analyzing the effect on corporate soft power by dividing the governance structure (G) into five strategies during ESG management, it was found that corporate soundness and corporate fairness had a significant positive (+) effect on both corporate image and corporate reputation, and corporate fairness had a positive effect on corporate evaluation. Finally, as a result of analyzing the importance factors of each key element of ESG management strategy, the will to practice and strategy establishment were recognized as important factors. In the case of society (S), consumer rights protection, working environment improvement, and employment equality were recognized as important factors.
