This study analyzed the changes in usage behavior during the COVID-19 period, focusing on the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in order to present an operation plan to revitalize the use of art galleries in the post-COVID-19 era. To this end, Web posts containing the keyword "National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art" were collected on domestic portal sites and SNS from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2021, and classified by each period. After that, we used Keyword frequency analysis and Network analysis for each period. As a result of the analysis, first, regardless of changes in the external environment, the purpose of using the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art was in the order of exhibition, viewing, and visiting the surrounding areas. Second, as a result of examining changes in viewing types after the COVID-19, the popularity of new exhibition(Online, YouTube, etc.) was low, while visitors" preference for outdoor exhibitions increased. In addition, the type of accompanying visitors is changing mainly with families, and the increase in weekday visitors was a major change due to the pre-booking system for exhibition. Through this, it is necessary to develop programs for families, change into an outdoor experience space that can satisfy users" new needs, and seek to revitalize online exhibitions.
