The Post Museum sees art museum education as Interpretation. Interpretation is a service provided by the museum to help visitors understand and at the same time, it is a meaning created by visitors. Visitors should be able to communicate with the work and develop their own capabilities as a meaning-maker that shapes its their own meaning through interpretation. There is a need to provide interpretative media to help visitors interact with the works. Therefore, visitors should be able to communicate with the work and develop their own capabilities as a meaning-maker that shapes its their own meaning through interpretation. Children visitors have been alienated from the exhibition. Therefore, the need for children"s exhibition labels is raised as a supportive analytical medium that helps children visitors interact with their works and form their own meanings in the museum"s exhibition viewing. Accordingly, some overseas museums have developed and provided children"s exhibition labels. By looking at examples of children"s exhibition labels in overseas museums, we aim to draw the significance and implications of children"s exhibition labels. Furthermore, we would like to provide a discussion point on the development of children"s exhibition labels at local museums.
