In This aim study clinical and policy-level implications that can improve the subjective life satisfaction of the Elderly with Disabilities by understanding the effects of the Elderly with Disabilities of social participation on Daily life satisfaction, and in this relationship, by verifying the multiful mediating effects of mental health and self-esteem. Based on the necessity of studies on this topic, This study utilized the Fourth dataset, second wave from Panel Survey Employment Data, to achieve its objectives. Out of the 3,995 people who responded to the panel in the Fourth year, 337 Elderly with Disabilities over the age of 65 were analyzed. The analytical methods and procedures used in this study are as follows. First, confirmatory factor analysis and a structural model were verified according to the two-step approach of a structural equation model. Second, the total effect was separated into direct and indirect effects to examine. This step verified the statistical significance of the mediating effect through bootstrapping. Third, mental health and self-esteem have the multiple mediating effects on the relationship between participation and Daily life satisfaction, The results of verifying the multiple mediating effects are statistically significant using the phantom variable approach and the mediating effect of the self-esteem shows the greatest statistical impact on Daily life satisfaction. Fourth, the mediating effect was examined through a multi-group analysis to determine any differences in the proposed structural relationship caused by the individual characteristic variables of Elderly with disabilities.
