The purpose of this study was to identify factors influencing satisfaction on clinical practice of nursing students. Data were collected from 290 nursing students in B and G city and analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using SPSS WIN 20.0 program. The degree of satisfaction on clinical practice of nursing students was 3.55±.50. There were significant difference in satisfaction on clinical practice with satisfaction of campus life, satisfaction on major, relationship with practice colleague, and satisfaction of clinical practice levels. Satisfaction on clinical practice had negative correlations with stress in clinical practice (r=-.185, p=<.001), and positive correlations with emotional intelligence (r=.422, p=<.001), communication skill (r=.431, p=<.001). The factors influencing satisfaction on clinical practice were satisfaction of clinical practice levels, stress in clinical practice, emotional intelligence, communication skill. These factors explained 31.1% of the variance. These results suggest that development of program to improve satisfaction on clinical practice of nursing students.
