The purpose of this study is to explore and reinterpret the meaning of married working women’s experiences of work-family balance, conflict resolution patterns, and experiences with children and adolescents. Eight married working women in their 40s were selected as the research participants, and a qualitative study was conducted through narrative inquiry. The conclusion of the study is as follows. First, the experience of work-family reconciliation of married working women was the life that they lived, lived, and lived between work and family based on a lot of effort and dedication. Second, it was a continuous life of resolving and adapting to work-family balance conflict experiences in one’s own way. Third, the experiences with children and adolescents focused on future-oriented ones. This study suggests that a fundamental consideration should be given to the practical and realistic operation of the national policy for work-family balance for married working women.
