The purpose of this study is to investigate the differences in the perception and level of human rights violations of care workers according to the types of facilities and operators. To do this, we surveyed care workers from July to December 2015, and a total of 201 were used for analysis. The main results of the study are as follows. First, according to the types and operators of long - term care institutions, medical welfare facilities for the elderly, individual - operated elderly welfare facilities, corporation - operated elderly medical welfare facilities, and institution - operated elderly people were separated into welfare facilities. And the differences between the levels were analyzed. The perception and level of language ㆍ emotional infringement, the perception and level of physical threat, the level of perceived physical violence and the level of physical violence were lower in the elderly than elderly welfare facility care workers. In the case of sexual violence, the level of awareness of the elderly in - home welfare facility care workers was the highest, and that of the elderly medical care welfare institution for elderly persons was highest. Second, the relationship between the types of long-term care institutions and the level of perception and level of human rights violations by care-givers of the elderly is higher than the level of human rights violations, except for the language and emotional infringement of the elderly person.
