In addition to the global economic difficulties caused by the radio waves of Covid-19, the employment stress of college students has become a social problem due to the recent difficulty in finding employment. In this study, by analyzing the effects of the stagnation of the employment market on the employment preparation behavior and employment stress of university students due to the spread of Covid-19, we learned about the employment-related psychology of university students and became uneasy about employment preparation in the situation of Covid-19. I wanted to find a way to reassure my life. Research results It was found that the correlation between cosmetology college student's corona 19 recognition, employment preparation behavior, and employment stress is + at the p <.01 level except for some. Corona 19 As a result of testing the relationship between the influence of influence on employment preparation behavior and employment stress, the "employment advice" t=3.802 (p=.000), and "employment anxiety psychology" t=35.709 (p=.000) and came to know the fact that the influence of Covid-19 has a significant influence on the employment preparation behavior and employment stress of beauty major college students. Covid-19 As a result of testing the relationship between the effects of fear psychology on employment preparation behavior and employment stress, the "employment information collection" t=2.622(p=.009), "employment advice" t=2.697(p.=.008), "employment anxiety psychology" is that the t=9.243(p=.000), and we know the fact that Covid-19 fear psychology has a significant effect on employment preparation behavior and employment stress of beauty major university students.
