This paper discusses problem on human power demonstrated in the Bi Feiyu(畢飛宇)'s novel Yumi(≪玉米≫). Yu Mi(玉米) and Yu Xiu(玉秀) that appeared in the works to live its own life independent of space and time beyond that given to their rural 1970s. Yu Mi realize her inner will power and actively try to get it. She recognize influence and control of power. In addition, it can protect herself and rebuilding the collapsed authority of the family. Because of that, she was stronger when he lost it fighting spirit towards power. Yu Mi was very successfully carried out the process while Yu Xiu is faithful in his emotions and instinct. Yu Xiu looks like was a victim of power but she also had no status as a potential power is not. And Yu Mi also doesn’t only was his life as a power in opposition. Yu Yang(玉秧) not always embody in discipline of power potential victim, reverse herself keeping constant surveillance as a spy. In the novel three sisters are person who exercise power at same time victim of power. As like Yu Mi lead on male power, Yu Xiu depend on sister's power. The village people also lead on Yu Xiu's power that they think her own power. People usually misidentify that depend on others and group's power as own power and strengthen the control and influence to others. This is exactly what Bi Feiyu said ‘man above man’. This is associated with human nature in that applicable to anyone irrespective. The human power is universal embedded image of life and attribute, and basic ‘power’ that anybody has, so reclaim in the name of human right.
