Beauty treatment industry is a service area that is highly dependent on human factor, which can influence business performance by commercializing service quality and technique provided beauty treatment professions. Therefore, this research aimed at suggesting basic material to develop wellness program that can achieve positive business performance through enhancing service quality by having beauty treatment professions get satisfied with their life and job and provide high quality service to customers through researching the effect of wellness factors on beauty treatment professions' subjective feeling of happiness. To achieve the research purpose, this research utilized total 1,080 questionnaires for final analysis targeting beauty treatment professions in Seoul, and conducted frequency analysis, factorial analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis on collected data utilizing SPSS 16.0. As the result, first, wellness was drawn with 11 levels, and subjective feeling of happiness was drawn with 5 levels, second, subjective feeling of happiness, ‘the others comparative accomplishment satisfaction’ factor had highest affirmative(+) factor, while ‘self-blame’ factor had negative(-) influence when tendency of ‘positive self-development’ factor is high among wellness factors, third, subjective feeling of happiness, ‘negative anxiety’ factor, had highest affirmative(+) influence, while ‘positive thinking’ factor had negative(-) influence when tendency of ‘negative expression’ factor was high among wellness factors, fourth, subjective feeling of happiness, ‘ideal satisfaction’ factor had highest affirmative (+) influence, while ‘self-blame’ factor had negative(-) influence when tendency of ‘positive self-development’ factor was high among wellness factors, fifth, subjective feeling of happiness, ‘aging pressure’ factor had highest affirmative(+) factor, while ‘positive thinking’ factor had negative(-) factor when tendency of ‘negative expression’ factor was high among wellness factors, fifth, subject feeling of happiness, ‘aging pressure’ factor had highest affirmative(+) influence, while ‘positive thinking’ factor had negative(-) influence when tendency of ‘negative expression’ factor was high among wellness factors, lastly, subjective feeling of happiness, ‘old age satisfaction’ factor had highest affirmative(+) influence, while ‘regular food control’ factor had negative(-) influence when tendency of ‘positive value’ factor was high among wellness factors. In conclusion, the researcher wishes that companies recognize and develop necessity and importance of wellness program for beauty treatment professions to get high quality service and positive business performance for the customers, also, beauty treatment professions could promote healthy and satisfactory composure of life for themselves and the future, also, expects researches and efforts to be continued to enhance recognition and feeling of happiness of beauty treatment professions in various aspects.
