The purpose of this paper is to set evaluation indicators for performance improvement of T-50 aircraft and to derive priorities for performance improvement items. To this end, this study first sets evaluation indicators based on case analysis and general business evaluation factors, and secondly, Delphi analysis confirms evaluation indicators through expert consensus and statistical verification. Finally, the priority of performance improvement items is derived through pairwise comparison between performance improvement items using evaluation indicators previously confirmed through Delphi analysis through AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). The results of this study are of great significance in that it is possible to select projects to be promoted first in future project evaluations and budget constraints. In this study, among the four types of T-50 aircraft (T-50, TA-50, T-50B, FA-50), it is limited to T-50 and TA-50 that are operated purely for higher flight training.
