This study confirmed the effect of organizational core competencies perceived by organizational members working in small and medium-sized venture companies on competitive advantage strategies and organizational performance. The research hypotheses established according to the research model were analyzed as follows.
First, the core competencies of a hypothesized one-person organization showed a positive effect on organizational characteristics. Hypothesis 2 The core competency of the organization was adopted as it showed a positive (+) effect on the competitive advantage strategy. Third, the competitive advantage strategy of the hypothesized 3-person organization was statistically significantly analyzed in the organizational performance, and the importance of establishing and demonstrating a differentiated competitive advantage strategy was required.
Fourth, the organization's competitive advantage strategy showed a mediating effect between core competencies and organizational performance, so Hypothesis 4 was adopted. As verified by this study, the importance of organizational performance, which is the result of the advancement of the organization's sustainability management activities, was emphasized. To this end, organizations were required to possess differentiated core competencies and implement competitive advantage strategies compared to their counterparts.
