The purpose of this study is to verify the differences between groups in the perception and attitude of 119 paramedics to protect personal information. To achieve the goal, a one-month non-face-to-face online survey of 332 paramedics from May 12 to June 11, 2023 was conducted, and the results are as follows. The results derived from the analysis are as follows. First, the method satisfaction of audiovisual media education satisfaction was higher in water safety-related workers than other occupation groups. Second, education flow was found to have a positive effect on education concentration and education level among the sub-factors of education satisfaction but did not have any effect on education time, fun, and learning performance at the statistical significance level. However, there was no difference in perception of personal information protection in other group variables. Second, it was found that there was no difference between groups in personal information protection attitudes.
