This study conducted an online survey of 300 Chinese people with experience in K-medical skincare services as a study on the quality and psychological effectiveness of medical skincare services. As for the research method, frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0 programs. As a result, service quality was classified into empathy, reliability, responsiveness, certainty, and tangibility, and psychological effectiveness was classified into sub-factors such as mood change, confidence, and concentration, and it was confirmed that each variable and factor had a statistically significant positive (+) correlation. Service quality had the highest correlation with responsiveness, and psychological effectiveness with confidence. It was confirmed that medical skincare service quality had a statistically significant positive (+) effect on psychological effectiveness. Through this, it is expected to be used as basic data for increasing individual psychological effectiveness for well-being in an aging era, service education for skincare experts, and activation of beauty tourism for foreigners. In future studies, it is hoped that studies on an approach to a healthy and happy old age will be actively conducted by analyzing various needs of global beauty consumers.
