The purpose of this study was to suggest the role ranges and contents by analyzing the duties for henceforth effective application plans in accordance with training the disability sports instructors which will be accomplished and applied from this year due to amendment of Sport Promotion Act. For the completion of this study, 6 members, including 3 specialists in sport adminstration, 2 professors majoring in the department of special physical education, and 1 specialist in the field of disability sport, have participated in the committees of Job Analysis for training the disability sports instructors. This committees have developed the first draft of DACUM chart, and found 6 duties and 29 tasks. The duties of the disability sports instructors included ''Establishment of teaching plans based on comprehending participants characteristics'' that disability sports instructors understand participants and design teaching plans, ''plans of ways to improve athletic performance'' in the field of professional sports for the disability sports instructors, ''plans of programs on sport for all'' in the field of sport for all for the disability sports instructors, ''plans of programs on sport for all'' in the field of sport for all for the disability sports instructors, ''evaluation and report'' that will be able to inform and understand the effectiveness of teaching and development of participants'' levels, and ''personal management of instructors'' that will be able to reinforce the capability of instructors to promote the effectiveness of instructing sports after finishing the disability sport teaching.
