The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of the grit of sports instructor on job satisfaction and customer orientation. To achieve this purpose, sports instructor currently working at sports institutions were selected as the population of the study, and a total of 197 data were collected through an online questionnaire. The collected data were used in the hypothesis verification process through multivariate multiple regression analysis. The results are as follows. First, it was found that the interests consistency among the grits of sports instructor did not significantly affect job satisfaction. On the other hand, effort continuity had a positive effect. Second, it was found that the interests consistency among the grits of sports instructor did not significantly affect customer orientation. On the other hand, it was found that effort continuity had a positive effect. Third, it was found that the job satisfaction of sports instructor had a positive effect on customer orientation. As such, this study presents basic theoretical and practical information for effective human resource management in the rapidly growing sports market.
