The purpose of this study is to objectively evaluate the performance of the 2022 Integrated Sports Camp management Project and to propose improvement plan. As a result of the performance evaluation, the total score was as high as 87 points out of 100 points. Of the 18 indicators, 13 indicators received full marks and 4 indicators received the lower grade. Unfortunately, as a result of the project, the number of participants was 2 points out of 10 points compared to the goal of the integrated sports camp. Satisfaction with participation integrated sports camps in basic sports item was 4.30 out of 5 for students and 4.48 out of 5 for parents. As an improvement plan for the operation of the integrated sports camp in basic sports item, it is suggested to enhance the validity of the integrated program and strengthen the linkage with the specialized program, to review of frequency and number of days and regional operation of integrated sports camp, to provide training support for the participants of the integrated sports camp, to provide information on participation athletes'' physical strength and performance at Basic sports federations, to join the designated sports club after returning to the address of the participants of the integrated sports camp, to support the participation in training and competition business of Basic sports federations, and to promote the linkage between the integrated sports camp and the regional sports science support center.
