In this study, examined the influence of office workers'' multidimensional perfectionism on burnout and examined whether the level of perceived organizational support controls this influence relationship. As a result, first, workers'' multidimensional perfectionism had a significant impact on burnout, specifically, self-oriented perfectionism served as a mechanism to reduce burnout, and social imposition perfectionism served as a mechanism to improve burnout. Second, the level of perceived organizational support by workers did not have the effect of moderating effect of their multidimensional perfectionism on burnout. Based on the above research results, this researcher discussed the significance of research in terms of counseling, implications that can be presented to the actual counseling site for general workers, and suggestions for follow-up research.
