This study is to determine how college students’ satisfaction with college life and psychological resilience affect career readiness preparation behavior. The research method was to conduct a convenience sampling self-report questionnaire targeting students attending local universities in the J province of Korea. As a result of statistical analysis using SPSS 24.0 for 313 students, the relationship between satisfaction with college life and career readiness preparation behavior was positive. It was confirmed that there was a correlation, and college life satisfaction and major field were confirmed to be significant influencing factors on career preparation behavior, and the explanatory power was at the level of 12.3%. In conclusion, it is believed that universities need multifaceted support to establish practical programs that can improve students'' future career readiness preparation behavior according to their capabilities, taking into account the characteristics of the major field.
