With the development of artificial intelligence, artificial intelligence has penetrated deeply into everyday life and shows great potential in various fields. Artificial intelligence clearly classifies information according to human needs, prevents information overload, and provides efficient and convenient services for rational decision-making. However, it can cause problems with relying on artificial intelligence technology. In order to understand this in-depth, this study examines environmental factors (subjective norms) and individual cognitive factors (AI literacy, resilience) that affect AI dependence, focusing on social cognitive theory. Reports, AI literacy, resilience, and subjective norms were used to study the relationship between users' AI dependence. 329 users with experience using artificial intelligence products were analyzed using AMOS 26.0. As a result of the empirical analysis, the improvement of AI literacy and resilience could reduce the individual's dependence on artificial intelligence, and resilience and subjective norms played a mediating role in these relationships. This study provides a new perception to understand the individual's dependent behavior on artificial intelligence by identifying the dependent factors of artificial intelligence. It is meaningful in providing theoretical and practical implications for fostering AI literacy and promoting the sustainable development of artificial intelligence.
