This study studied the influence relationship between achievement goal orientation, self-directed learning, and learning satisfaction for college students majoring in aviation service. Data were collected from undergraduate students majoring in 2-year/4-year airline service in Seoul/Gyeonggi, Chungcheong, and Jeolla regions. A total of 250 copies of data were collected for 15 days from November 15 to 30, 2023, and 238 samples were selected and used for analysis. The empirical analysis results of this paper are as follows. As a result of Hypothesis 1 verification, both the mastery approach goal orientation (t=4.073, p=.000) and the performance approach goal orientation (t=11.484, p=.000) factors were found to have a statistically significant effect on self-directed learning, and Hypothesis 1 was adopted. As a result of Hypothesis 2 verification, self-directed learning (t=12.420, p=.000) was found to have a significant effect on learning satisfaction, and Hypothesis 2 was adopted. As a result of Hypothesis 3 verification, it was found that both the mastery approach goal orientation (t=2.34, p=.021) and the performance approach goal orientation (t=6.440, p=.000) factors of achievement goal orientation had a significant effect on learning satisfaction, and Hypothesis 3 was adopted.
