This study conducted an in-depth analysis of the introduction of RPA (Robotics Process Automation) in the customs brokerage industry, with the aim of enhancing operational efficiency and competitiveness. RPA can automate repetitive and rule-based customs tasks, thereby addressing workforce shortages, minimizing errors, and significantly improving processing speed. Such automation allows customs brokers to focus on more strategic and high- value tasks, ultimately improving the quality of customer service and strengthening industry competitiveness. The study confirms that the adoption of RPA is a crucial element for the sustainable development of the customs brokerage industry.
