SNS is being used as means of communication in social life. In SNS, big data is being used in customer relationship management, relationship marketing, financial business improvement, credit information and risk management. As non-face-to-face transactions become more active in the COVID-19 pandemic, it is necessary to big data in terms of relationships with customers. In terms of customer management according to personal information protection, big data requires an open and useful data were collected and utilized through text-type customer transaction data, corporate financial information, and questionnaires. This study acquires customer's emotional image data and comments, that is, atypical data based on customer's cultural activity and leisure activity, through SNS, and analyzes customer's activity image with artificial intelligence CNN, BERT, and GAN algorithms. SNS activity images, comments, and mobile big data analysis data are applied to AI algorithms and studied to design and utilize artificial intelligence modeling. And design an AI learning model that performs data modeling and learning
