In this study, it is intended to identify the awareness and actual practice of teachers and parents about the Integrated Information Disclosure System of Child-Care Center and Kindergarten, and compare and analyze the differences between their awareness. Analysis was performed on the data resulted from 396 questionnaires and the results were as follows. Based on the data collected, descriptive statistics, Chi-Square test, t-test, one-way analysis of variance (one-way ANOVA) and cross analysis were conducted using SPSS 23.0. In addition, post hoc tests including Scheffe, Tukey''s honestly significant difference test and LSD were also implemented to verify specific differences between groups.

The conclusion is to be summarized as follows;
First, the awareness of teachers about the Integrated Information Disclosure System of Child-care Center and Kindergarten varied depending on personal factors. Therefore, education or/and training of the Integrated Information Disclosure System are recommended to be implemented for all teachers. Also, a systematic management regime of the Integrated Information Disclosure System should be established in order to reduce teachers’ work load and improve their reliability of the System.
Second, level of awareness and frequency of use of the Integrated Information Disclosure System were low. It is accordingly recommended that promotions be carried out led by the government; the Integrated Information Disclosure System be upgraded in order to improve its accessibility; and the reliability be enhanced by establishing a verification regime.
Third, level of awareness of teachers about the Integrated Information Disclosure System was higher than ones of parents. It is therefore required that promotion and education be implemented for parents; and inspection be executed by the departments involved, making sure guidelines of the Integrated Information Disclosure System are observed in order to keep it reliable.
Fourth, parents’ needs on the Integrated Information Disclosure System included enhancements of the reliability; problem solving of infringement of the personal information; and adjustment of the disclosure items. Also, actual practices of utilization of the System were examined, and utilization rate of the System was low. Therefore, it is recommended that the information be provided after being re-organized in forms parents would prefer to use to increase utilization.
