Report Errors
Few studies have explicitly investigated housing conditions of a specified low-income class. This study attempts to define the concept of the low-income household and speculates their housing situation by four types of housing tenure. Dividing the households by two groups, first & second and third & fourth income deciles, we were able to compare housing conitions of the income groups. The findings will provide policy implications in upgrading residential redevelopment areas.
