In these days, the movement which is trying to evaluate the right to enjoy view as the economic value happens and much legal dispute take place because of the new building blocking in the view of others. Therefore, we develope the method which can objectly evaluate the right to enjoy view.
The studies are being stated to solve the points at these Issues on the evaluation of view by fitting into those
tendency and trend lately but clear standard has not been established yet.
One of problem is to define the right to enjoy the view and another is the difficulty to evaluate the economic depreciation. So, this study is aiming the purpose of estimation indemnities for disturbing the right to enjoy the view and propose the method to estimate the economic depreciation by the new building blocking.
