What would the sacred texts be like for the people called Gentile in the Sacred Texts? The Sacred Texts to Korean Protestants are not just translated books of foreign languages but the Bible and the Canon. Believers always have a desire to read the Bible through. However, the sacred texts are not as easy as an interesting novel. Therefore a medium is needed to guide them in engaging to texts. Nevertheless, the medium often carries with texts reconstruction and its unique method which results in a fallacy of making the texts secondary. A total Bible curriculum should provide for helping people totally engage with the texts. Furthermore, a religious educator or a minister is to consider themselves as guide or facilitator or mobilizer rather than an expositor. A suitable attitude is required in accessing the sacredness of the texts. This is similar to the ancient Hebrews believers attended the immanence of God: love and obedience to their Ultimate being. Engagement is a cooperative process where God and humans work together. Throughout the history of the Bible, only the chosen few are allowed to interpret what God says. However, today religious educators or ministers are called to be the interpreters of the Sacred Texts. interpreting the Sacred Texts needs a dialectical hermeneutical process the way in which our 'Sits im Leben' faces the texts. This paper's main concern is to reassure that the importance of the Bible curriculum and the hermeneutical attitude are key factors in leading people to a Holistic engagement.
