Since the partition of the Korean peninsula, South Korea has experienced a quite economic growth. On the other hand, North Korea faces an economic deadlock. For the sake of overcome all economical difficulties, North Korea established a free-trade Zone in the Na- Jin and Sun-Bong area, and Na- Jin, Son-Bong and chung- Jin port named free port in 1991.
The South. North Korea's maritime and port cooperation is considered as an importance step toward the promotion of economic cooperation.
The purpose of this essay, especially to contribute invasion necessity of free-port, is to propose the strategy for promoting develop free-port on Na- Jin, Sun-Bong and chung- Jin port in North Korea.
South Korea's advance requirement to free-port in the north Korea could be summarized as follow:
1) A boundary gate port of free-trade Zone in the Na- Jin and Sun-Bong area,
2) Interconnection-port of transport system to the Continent of Asia and Europe.
3) Since unification North and south Korea, Balance of land development.
