The purpose of this study is to examine and to analyze the nutritional status, eating habit and food preference of the national woman players. This study will contribute to improve the athletic ability of player, providing the basic data for recommendable food component. The subjects for this research are composed of fifty three members of weight lifter, judo, badminton, ping pong, gymnast national players. A nutrient intake per day of subjects was 200% lower and higher than RDA, whereas gymnasts were intake lower than RDA. In case of food and food preference, the highest food preference for subjects were rice, Kimchi Zzigae, fruits, yogurt, but the lowest food preference were fish soup, vegetable soup, liver for subjects. The weight lifter, judo, badminton players had adequate score of eating habits but ping pong and gymnasts players had inadequate score.
