The purpose of this study was to identify any corrections and replenishments and possible completed criteria through the analysis of ones provided in the provision for the establishment and operation of the school below high school in terms of the appropriateness. In the study, of 20 middle school facilities in Changwon, ones which went though extension or reconstruction more than three times were investigated to find the problems based on the concept of the age of information in 21 century and the experiences in the fields.
Schools should have a home-base from which students go to their class. It should be placed in the consideration of the function of each facility in the school, and have organic dispersion to each classroom from the standpoint of the concept of complex. On the other hand, the classroom should take consideration into the students' maximum circulation to help them effectively move to other classroom. In addition, schools should have a module to connect special classrooms and facilities attached with ordinary classrooms. It could be used when the oval expansion is considered. At that time, the elevator connecting each floor can help students to move to each classroom in the shortest time.
