The purpose of this study is to investigate the allocation-plan of commercial facilities in residential areas using survey method. The result of this study are as follows;
1) It is recommended to allocate the commercial facilities in the residential area to enhance the varieties of choices and to create an active life style in residential areas.
2) The reputation of atmosphere of residential area depends on the developmental technique of residential area and the distance between residential area and CBD area.
3) The locations of commercial facilities which are highly utilized are desirable to be located near residential areas even though there are some difference among the types of businesses.
