Report Errors
The main purpose of this study is to investigate some application problems and improvements of Incentive System which is used in various Urban Design/Detailed District Planning Projects these days.
Through analyzing the institutions relating the Incentive System and incentive technique in Urban Design/Detailed District Planning Projects. I have recognized some problems.
Based on the investigations, five improvement issues were identified as following :
1) clarification of object and criteria relating the application of incentives.
2) ensuring the equity and justice of incentive elements.
3) consideration of the general or special aspect of amenities.
4) diversification of incentive technique and amenities.
5) activating the cooperative system between public and private sector.
