Report Errors
This study aims to propose the evaluation of self sufficiency of new towns in SMA, and the enforcement measures of self sufficient functions of new towns. For the innovative evaluation of self sufficiency of new towns, self sufficiency of existing cities is evaluated at the regional level, and the self sufficiency of Bundang and Ilsan new town is evaluated. For the enforcement of self sufficiency of new towns, different measures are required by the distance from Seoul, manufactures and R&D functions should be promoted, and efforts in urban management to attract self sufficient facilities are essential.
