The purpose of this study is to make an aesthetic approachment toward ≪Sijipsaliyo : 시집살이요≫. This study put an emphasis on the enunciation methods and the consciousness of space and time. By analyzing women's narrative patterns in lyrics of ≪Sijipsaliyo : 시집살이요≫, we might figure out in what way they expressed their idea and how they recognized the concepts of space and time.
The enunciation method of ≪Sijipsaliyo : 시집살이요≫ implies two narrators, the hidden narrator and the exposed one. And the subject of the enounced means the hidden character in the story of lyrics and the subject of enunciation indicates the exposed narrator with the voice. ≪Sa-Chon-Hyung-Nym : 사촌형님≫, ≪Sijipsaliyo : 시집살이요≫ are on the basis of making the narrator not only the subject of the enunciation but also the subject of the enounced. The narrator appeared as the subject of the enounced. Therefore the narrator was supposed to be concealed in lyrics and the subject of the enunciation could appear on the surface. ≪Jung-No-Rae : 중노래≫, ≪Jin-Ju-Nang-Gun : 진주낭군≫ are on the basis of making the narrator subject of enunciation but not subject of the enounced.
The consciousness of space and time intended to unravel complicated conflicts as negative notion of time proceeds to present circumstances in unrealistic space. The words of ≪Sa-Chon-Hyung-Nym : 사촌형님≫ came to mean being through the conflicts in the past and the present. In these two time concepts, the former stands for the positivity and the latter represents the negativity. However, The words of ≪Jung-No-Rae : 중노래≫, ≪Jin-Ju-Nang-Gun : 진주낭군≫ depend on space change of the subject of the enounced. So the subject of the enounced considered every possible space as the world of the others and intended to be in the unrealistic world, making one's own world.
