The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of physical teacher's multiple role of teaching profession on teaching attitudes. To set up the object of this research, 240 middle and high school teachers in Kyong-Gi province are picked up by means of random sampling. The conclusions were drawn as follows;
First, In the factors of physical teachers' multiple role which can have effect on the teaching attitude(satisfaction), the discipline, self-development and administration are the extremely essential parts, but not teaching subjects and extra-curricular activity.
Second, In the factors of physical teachers' multiple role which can have effect on the teaching attitude(mission), the discipline, self-development, teaching, and administration are the extremely essential parts, but not teaching extra-curricular activity.
Third, In the factors of physical teachers' multiple role which can have effect on the teaching attitude(self-esteem), the discipline, and self-development are the extremely essential parts, but not teaching subjects and extra-curricular activity and administration.
Fourth, In the factors of physical teachers' multiple role which can have effect on the teaching attitude(responsibility), the discipline, teaching subjects and extra-curricular activity, and administration are the extremely essential parts, but not self-development statistically.
