The purpose of this study was to analyze on factors between success and fail after first attack points gained during the National Taekwondo games before & after differentiated point system introduced. For the purpose of this study, in 1996 & 2003 the National Taekwondo contests are used by video tape. For data analysis, average and standard deviation were calculated and two way- ANOVA test was conducted to find out the difference on factors between success and fail after first attack points gained before & after differentiated point system introduced. SPSS WIN V10.0 was utilized.
The findings of this study were as follows:
1. Before & after differentiated point system introduced, each type of weight about factors between success and fail after first attack points gained was showed no difference in statistic level(p>.05).
2. Before & after differentiated point system introduced, comparative analysis on factors between success and fail after first attack points gained was showed significant difference in statistic level(p<.05).
From this study results, we have known that after differentiated point system introduced, victory rate was promoted because of best points gained by one attack skill. Therefore, we hoped that Teakwondo athletes must perform perfect trainings for and basic professional physical fitness, Also, we needed that scientific programs to promote athletes' physical fitness was developed and for fans to see teakwondo games interest of Teakwondo games was studied by researchers.
