This paper is to unearth Shin Chae-ho's works and to establish his authentic text in Kwoneop Sinmun(勸業新聞) which published at Vladivostok Russia from 1912 to 1914. It seemed that Shin Chae-ho served as a chief editor in that newspaper from the first day of publication to about mid July, 1913. He wrote a lot of editorials in it. About the middle of July, 1913, he quitted his job of chief editor and left Vladivostok for Shanghai, China. In this paper, I have especially concerned about the thought, discourse and literary style of editorials in that newspaper. I closely lighted up how correspondent the thought and discourse of editorials is with those of Shin Chae-ho' works. So I unearthed many editorials which were written by Shin Chae-ho, including This Day and We should know Our Language. There also are some works written by him besides his editorials in that newspaper.
