The concept of the u-City is the future city model based on urban innovations which include urban management, life quality improvement, new industrial development, etc. And it consists of three elements - Technology, Space, Life Style.The definition of the u-City is high-tech future city built on ubiquitous infrastructures, technologies and services to improve life quality and raise city value by systemizingcity administrative functions and processes.
This paper briefly studies the trend of u-City development and the pattern of u-City development. In addition, KT u-City service model is presented. As analysis of the u-City service that the government and local autonomous governmentand company are promoted, we defined that KT u-City service model is classified 10 categories and 10 categories is classified of large, middle, small, unit service.
In addition, this paper present the customer-oriented service model that help the government and local autonomous government to promote u-City business.
