This thesis aims to study sports for all leaders' satisfaction with duty and contribution to organization classified with their work type, to analyzes the relation between satisfaction and contribution to the organization centering on the traits of sports for all leaders who belong to National sports for all Association in views of sociology of population. Therefore, sports for all leaders to have thorough sense of duty about achieving goals and the organization, to make efforts to expand sports for all population and to change the working environment for better leadership. In addition, a broader aim is to provide places for people to live healthy and successful lives.
For the purpose of accomplishing the aims, this thesis made use of self-administration method on the objective 270 sports for all leaders, who belonged to Sports for All Association of Jeollanam-do and Jeollabuk-do, for 10 days from March 2, 2007 to March 11, 2007.
240 copies except from 24 ones with unfaithful answers or ommission given were used for the last analysis material. This thesis collected materials, performed cording and inputting, and afterwards, used SPSS windows 12.0 statistic analysis program. To find out if the measuring tools were composed of same-quality traits, this thesis examined reliability of the questionnaires with Chronbach'a and to find out the objective persons' traits in sociology of population, this thesis performed frequencies. This thesis performed correlation and regression to find out the influence on two factors, satisfaction with duty and contribution to organization. On the basis of them, this thesis acquired the results as follows.
First, in the relation analysis of work satisfaction level and the level of contribution to the organization, 'loyalty level to the organization' of the level of contribution to the organization shows a meaningful(p<.0l) static correlation about 'autonomy of decision-making', 'extension of specialty' and 'interpersonal relations and recognition' of the work satisfaction level, but showed a meaningful(p<.0l) negative correlation in 'salary and reward' of the work satisfaction level. 'Spontaneity' of the level of contribution to the organization marked a meaningful (p<.01) static correlation about 'working environment', 'autonomy of decision-making', 'specialty extension', 'interpersonal relations and recognition' and 'effect and pride' and it also showed a meaningful(p<0.5) negative correlation in 'spontaneity' of the level of contribution to the organization. Regarding 'working environment', 'autonomy of decision-making', 'specialty extension', 'interpersonal relations and recognition' and 'effect and pride' of the work satisfaction level, 'value acceptance' of the level of contribution to the organization showed a meaningful(p<.0l) negative correlation.
Second, as a result of regression analysis about 'loyalty level to the organization', 'spontaneity' and 'value acceptance' of work satisfaction level and the level of contribution to the organization, there is a meaningful(p<.0l) relation.
