In a series of recent studies on organizational behavior, it is pointed out that it is not possible to cope with rapid changes in management environment only with the actions carried out in accordance with the role stated in job descriptions. This study attempted to check the relationship between organizational citizenship behaviors, which is the extra role behavior required in carrying out duties, and organizational justice, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The questionnaire-based survey was conducted with dealers at eight selected casinos. The number of valid samples used for demonstrative analysis came to 195 in total. SPSS for windows 12.0 program was used for questionnaire date. This study came up with the following findings: 1) Procedural justice out of organizational justice has a positive impact on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. 2) Procedural justice, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a positive impact on civic virtue. 3) Organizational commitment has a positive impact on formation of sportsmanship. It is hoped that the results of the study will contribute to the development of the casino industry.
