This study is analyze sport injuries of weight training and prevent sports injuries as possible as we can. The subjects were composed of 135 male and 130 female participating in health club in Seoul and Kyung-Gi. In order to compare and analysis these information gathered from each weight training players about the injuries, questionnaires have been arranged on the studies of Kim(2004), Oh(1992), Oh(1993) and Batt(1992). Therefore, this source of questionnaires is believable with its high reliability. The collected data was analysed through SPSS ver11.0 and Reliability analysis, frequency Analysis and χ2 test. Primary findings from this investigation includes the following. In the question items of injury prevention remedy among health club members. It is important that warming up and exercise after playing. It shows that the fact warming up before playing and last exercise after playing helped a lot for prevention of injuries prevalent among health club members. As a result, exercise-induced injury was appeared as muscular pain. and occurred during Dumbbell, Barbell and Machine exercises for users. In conclusion, it is difficult to deny the fact that the above elements are helpful to prevent injuries somewhat and health club players should take to playing weight training considering all prevention ways.
