To investigate how to drink vinegar affect fatigue variables(lactate, LDH, CPK, and ammonia), in the blood during weight training, this study analysed the differences between the group of 10 members who drink mineral water and the group of 8 members who drink vinegar. The results are as in the following.
1. For the mineral water group, the changes of lactate more significantly increase during the exercise than before the training, and more significantly decrease in 10 minutes of convalescence than in 60 minutes of exercise. In the vinegar group, the changes significantly increase during exercise as compared with before exercise, but more significantly decrease in 20 minutes of convalescence than in 60 minutes of exercise. In the differences between groups, the change of lactate in mineral water group is more significantly high than vinegar group before the exercise.
2. The changes of LDH in mineral water group more significantly increase during the exercise than before the exercise. And the significant changes in vinegar group are not in particular.
3. The changes of CPK in mineral water more significantly increase during the exercise than before the exercise. And for vinegar group, the changes more significantly decrease in 20 minutes of the convalescence than in 60 minutes of exercise.
4. The changes of ammonia in vinegar group significantly decrease in 40 minutes of the exercise according to before the exercise, and significantly decrease in 20 minutes of convalescence according to in 60 minutes of the exercise. For the differences between groups, vinegar group is higher than mineral water before the exercise.
Through the results described above, we could consider that drinking vinegar during the exercise doesn"t effect on it makes decrease the amount of the lactate, LDH and ammonia in the blood, and reduce the increase of CPK, so it could improve the ability of maintaining of the exercise during the exercise. And also, it is considered that it needs the further studies with longer follow-up based on this study and this study will be preliminary research for the further studies of taking beverages during the exercise.
