The purpose of this study was to apply the concepts and strategies such as synergy and social welfare marketing that lead to an imaginative and practical guide for church social welfare activity called vacational style. Vacational style such as the Alchemist or Trash-picker, the Resource Peddler, and the Community Gardener need to church and church social worker.
The priority factor that influences to participation of church social welfare service is to get the data about a local society. And then factor like financial support, clearness of church social welfare policy, intimacy with social welfare experts, awareness of importance about church social welfare, and support about expediting social welfare service suggested.
About this, I want to suggest the action plan that improves the participation of church social welfare service.
First, practical approach is required to confirm the data of local society problem. For example, church should investigate to acquire data about local society problems and promotes actively resource development of social welfare.
Secondly, practical approach which needed in order to improve educational system part are suggested these such as : the combined education course of the master of divinity and master of social welfare, the integrated curriculum to obtain regular qualifications, the establishment of new departments, a memorial to plenary session for the placement of social worker in church, the integrated education system of university and graduate course.
Thirdly, practical approach which needed in order to establish structural system is suggested “choice of seven men"(Acts 6:1-7) such as the placement of social worker in church, guarantee of the social welfare working expenses of church budget and administration system and so on.
Forth, It need the micro, mezzo and macro methods for social welfare practice is suggested “Samaritan"(Luke 10:33-37)
Last, It needs the practical study that suggest the model presentation about social welfare service of church according to churches’ character. And it needs guide book about carrying the church social welfare service also improvement of pastors’ training education about theological knowledge should combine the specialty of social welfare.
