This study has a grasp of the factors which affect the success of the informatization of customs administration. Summarizing the result of the survey research for the informatization of customs administration, the factors for success of the informatization of customs administration are appropriateness of the planing and the output. In some more detail, the most important factors for the successful informatization of administration is the quality of information of the appropriateness of the output The next important factors are administrator's participation, the quality of system and the extent of participation of client. The other slightly affecting factors are the ability of a manager, a substantiality of the plan and the propriety of management of a task. Synthetically speaking, the factors of planing, the execution and the output are considered to affect mutually in the course of the informatization of customs administration. However, the most important factors for the outcome of informatization of customs administration are limited to the planing and output.
