After the Process of globalization in world economic, most of small sized firms have been fallen and deteriorated. Retrenchment involving lay off, cost increase and operation reductions was one of the most general problem among Korea small sized firms. The purpose of this study is to analysis the price competitive determinants of small sized firms in Kyungnam region. Especially small firms in Kyungnam have played a major role in region economy. It is generally know that might be to play an importance roles for regional development. In order to strengthen the price competitiveness small sized firms in Kyungnam for local economic promotion. The central government should be support to small sized firms in local area the various policies. Also the local self government and small sized should be play an important roles for small sized firms expansion.
