In 1997, we can see the unstability of the world financial system in the Asian financial crisis. Despite of many attempts to recover Asian countries eocnomies by international financial institutions and developed countries, results were regretful. So, there are many discussions about reconstruction of international financial systems, that is, investigations of new Brettoon Wood System.
In these reconstruction movements of international financial systems, to promote international competitions of Korea, government of Korea needs to participate positively in a discussion of reconstructions of international financial system. Also Korea needs to cooperate related Asian countries which experienced similar currency crisis. To dispose of reorganization of international financial system, in regional level, Korea can cooperate with ASEAN countries include Japan and China.
