As the integration of world economy becomes deeper and a move achieve the harmonization of different domestic competition policies which have been considered purely domestic in nature up to now has become active.
Competition policy may affect trade and reversely trade policy and measures may affect competition conditions. In this respect deals with the interaction between trade policy and competition policy the conflicting relations issue of harmonization between both policies where two criteria for harmonization consumers' welfare and economic integration are examined and a new approach of international market contestability is introduced.
This report concludes the following competition policy consists of issues that are both trade related and non-trade related. so a suggests a new framework model for a multilateral competition regime at the WTO. In seeking a solution to the harmonization between trade policy and competition regime
