In this article, we compared the Ziyi preserved in Shanghai Museum Bamboo Slips, Guodian Bamboo Slips and Liji, find out that these three editions have some differences in their chapters, orders, numbers, quotations and so on. However, they also have some similarities. Through our research, we know that though the Ziyi preserved in Shanghai Museum Bamboo Slips and Guodian Bamboo Slips are from different locations, but they are similar in some of their chapters, orders and forms. It tells us that the Ziyi has a definitive edition no later than Warring States.
